+ What is Sure Step?
The Sure Step brand of floor safety and floor maintenance products are designed to result in an increased coefficient of friction (COF) leaving your flooring safer and healthier.
+ What type of floors do Sure Step products work on?
Our Sure Step Non Slip product works on most hard mineral surfaces and is guaranteed for a minimum of one year. SureShine and SureGel work on all finished floors and can often eliminate the costly stripping process. SureClean is considered an all surface cleaner, with the exception of calcium based materials. All Sure Step products help to reduce slipping accidents.
+ Can I buy the Non Slip product and apply it myself?
In most cases you cannot buy it and treat the floor yourself. In some market areas we occasionally set up dealers to represent and sell our products. Upon completion of training our dealers can perform the treatment.
+ Do your products change the apperance of the floor?
No. However, in some cases a high gloss, high shine surface may dull a little bit. You have to decide if safety is priority over asthetics.
